Kulula????????????NO WORDS!

There is NO way of getting close to explain the utter poor/incompetence/don't care attitude and service we received from Kulula. As they do not give a dam about their review on hello Peter there is no need to go in debt to what we've experienced. Bottom line is that after you tried to check in online with a system at fault, you arrive 1h30 min before your flight and their check in staff take their time to check you in, a cut-off is called 45min prior to departure and you are sent away to book with another airline.

I CANNOT COMPREHEND AS TO HOW AND WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
