Kulula.come one!

Been trying to change my flight booking for over a week now. The teleprompter requested that we send an email and would get a response within 48 hours. 3 emails and a week later but no luck with that. Ended up waiting on the call for over 60mins with no RESPONSE. This is terrible service!
