Kulula/Comair is terrible at solving ANYTHING!

I canceled my flight mid-last year as uncle Cyril put Gauteng under lockdown and I couldn't fly out. I ended up asking the two respective carriers for a refund and followed the process. Lift.com all went down smoothly. Kulula on the other hand is the most difficult carrier ever to just get a refund from. I have many times through emails and many calls tried to get this really easy problem sorted out, to no avail. @kulula and comair. IN FUTURE I WILL PAY MORE TO FLY ONTHER CARRIER CAUSE YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!
