Kulula.com your JHB Branch Sucks!!

After my bag was broken into I get to the "help desk" if you can call it that in JHB, 2 customers in front of me with the same issue, last flight of the night so was easy pickings.Just got told I need to wait and take a ticket they will phone me!!5weeks later I am still waiting to hear anything with regards to my claim. Only thing I can say that was amazing was their Cape Town branch that fixed my bag in 1 day!Even the help desk here was amazing!!But JHB sucks!!!
