On the 8th of April 2022 while traveling from jhb to durban. My mum's bag was broken into. We have contacted numerous times. Even sent emails to the CEO. To date we have not got a response. She has lost over R10000 worth of jewelry and clothes. Kulula has to be the most pathetic, *********** unreliable airline to travel with. Myself I have had experiences of delayed flights to a point where they had to check me into a hotel for the night. I will go to full social and post pictures of the lock being broken and emails being sent.
