Kulula.com the heartless people

I recently bought a ticket to fly from Durban to Lanseria. I reported at the checking in at 09:00. Boarding time was 09:40. I refused me to check in as I was 5 minutes late. They forced me to get another ticket. I had to wait until 15:00 for the next flight on the airport with no food or anything to drink. I spend my last money on the tickets. I begged them to be let through as at that stage the hospital planned to disconnect my mother from Life support system. I needed to be there. They are most heartless, don't care people on the planet. I explained to them the situation all I get "its company policy " buy another ticket and " we don't care" I will never in my life use Kulula.com again. I will rather walk the ****m than to fly with those heartless arrogant people. Shame on you!
