KULULA.COM - Staff compliment to NAZEEMA at CAPE TOWN INTL AIRPORT

I was due to fly from CPT - JNB on 26 August 2018 at 20h50 but upon arrival at the airport, I received an SMS (no phone call) to advise me that my flight was delayed for an hour. This meant that I would arrive at O R TAMBO at 24h00 which is totally not acceptable as I am a woman travelling on my own. Big thank you to NAZEEMA at Cape Town International Airport for arranging to move me to an earlier flight. She was very helpful and professional and was happy to assist. Thank you! Unfortunately, the earlier flight was also delayed but finally we took off. It seems that Kulula is merging half-empty flights in order to save costs.
