Kulula.com ****med my account after purchasing a ticket with them online

Hi, I've purchased a ticked with Kulula.com online on the 24/11/2017 @ 14:41 of R1 483.89. and they have debited same time, the flight was to East London for . the flight was on the 03/11/2017 now today they have debited the same amount please want my money back, clearly you don't want me purchasing tickets from you again
