Kulula.com really don’t care!

I had to order a new bicycle frame after you punctured a hole in my bike bag, cracked my carbon bike frame and bent my rear derailer. It cost R30 000! That’s excluding the labour costs for assembling the bike and the cost of the new components and accessories that are compatible with the replacement Bianchi bike frame. It’s been 4 weeks and still no response from #kulula as to how #kulula intend to reimburse me for the damage and loss incurred on flight MN137 from O.R.
