KULULA.COM No integrity Sharks that just want to take money and provide no service.

Made a booking from Travel Bank funds that came from flight bookings that was cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown in March 2020. The process was very deceptive and kept adding an additional R600 that would have to be paid in addition to the Travel Bank funds. When the booking was made the whole amount was deducted from Credit Card and I had to spend more than an hour on the phone to try and correct this. I was then told that I would get a refund within a week. We are now approaching 2 weeks and still nothing. Phoned and held for 30 min without answer. Service at Kulula is really bad and there is very little integrity. Only thing that matters is if the customers money can be taken.
