Kulula.com need dictionaries
So just moved to Cape Town, booked flight from CPT to JHB for my neice and brother in law. Flight is for 20:00 and get notifications from Kulula saying it's delayed till 21:45. Check the website and it says go to the airport normal time anyway just in case, but provides no explanation about why the flight is delayed. Get to the airport and after a few minutes it shows the flight is now delayed to 22:45.......around 22:15 it shows delayed to 23:10.....no reason for the delay at all given to us. Eventually they board, I pay the R94 for parking and 4 hours of my life is gone. Yesterday oversleep, rush to the airport to get my daughters boyfriend to his 5:55 flight. Get there at 5:25 and get told it's too late, you'll have to reschedule a flight. Go to reschedule and get told my total is R975 to rebook...this is for a flight we paid +-R1300 for a return.....and the attitude of the people "assisting" at the kulula desk? They didn't care 1 bit.....nice to see that when you mess up I have to just deal with it and when I make a mistake then It's "My problem" So I went home and had to go buy a new ticket for him for next week. Maybe what you guys at Kulula need to do is invest in some dictionaries.....that way your staff and research and see what the definition of customer service is......because they clearly either don't know or just don't care
