Kulula.com - Lack of assistance

Booking a flight for our hockey team was quite easy and for them deducting the money out of my account was a breeze.

Since the lock-down started and all sporting events has been cancelled, I've been trying to get proper assistance on a refund, since we have parents that must be paid back and they are really upset with us, although it is not our fault.

None of their telephone numbers are working and on e-mails I just received read replies. I need answers and assistance urgently. I even e-mailed the board, also with no success.
