KULULA.COM IGNORES THEIR OWN POLICY AND WASTES MY FLIGHT

I arrived at the airport to dicover I ahd left my Drivers licence at home. The supervisor on duty said they Kulula does accept certified copies of ID if it is lost, which mine is - in fact it was ****** along with my wallet. I did have a valid copy of my ID on my - certified by the police. The supervisor refused to accept it. I asked her to please be helpful and assist me. She still refused point blank. Therefore I had to change my flight AND get a taxi home to tecth my driver's licence. this is very disappointing treatment and makes me not want to fly with this airline again
