Kulula.com has no service what so ever

An entire month I have been trying tp get through tp the call center, or ask on facebookm and linkin for any staff member to assist me. I made a online booking. And it never got confirmed. Now I want my money back. Or book a new ticket. With the same amount as I paid for the 1st ticket that I neber got.

This is the worst nightmaire experience I ever had with a company.
