Kulula.com (fly by night!)

My son had a new job start in Cape Town and purchased a ticket from Durban to Capetown on the 12th March, for a flight on the 14th March. At 7.01pm (13th March at 1 minute after the callcentre closed!); we get an sms stating that they have been grounded indefinitely. No refund,; only option to book at a later date (that doesn't help!). Also no chance of any other flights 14th or 15th March. SAFAIR, now costs more than double as they obviously saw the opportunity. No idea what to do and what options we have.
