Kulula.com Flight Delayed

Hi ...on the 21st August 2018 , the kulula flight lanseria to durban was delayed from 6.30 pm to 10.30pm due to a plane mechanical problem , which I only got to my destination at early hours of the morning , this was a real inconvenience as transport had to be re - arranged with extra cost . safety is an issue and is time consuming. Kulula should be maintaining their planes and being pro active instead of reactive when something goes wrong then they need to fix it in realtime inconveniencing the passenger. They did give me a green card saying that they will contact me however i have not received any communication , their service is really going down and I hope they make changes soon.
