Kulula.com "fine print" not fair!!

I bought a ticket during February for my sister-in-law and her husband to visit us in Cape Town in October. Now they are seperated and I can`t change the name on the ticket(willing to pay for that!!!) or get a refund. Really think that is ****py terms & conditions!!!!
