Kulula.com don’t care!

It’s now been four weeks #kulula since you trashed my bike bag, cracked my carbon bike frame and bent by rear derailer and hanger! And still no reply as to how you are going to reimburse me for damages and replacement of my bicycle! Nobody wants to take responsibility. Such bad #service, worst #clientrelations
