Kulula.com does not respect clients and time

My experience with Kulula.com has been nothing but dissapointment, the airline is continously late. As recent as my last two flights with the airline, inbound and outbound the flights were delayed, but this is not the only time i've experienced delays with this airline, i have counted no less than 4 occasions where the airline has delayed me excluding this last flight. At least one of those times the delay has cost me financially, To me this means the airline is not adhering to its Service Level Agreement with me as a passenger and a client!
