Kulula.com call centre

I have been waiting for more than three weeks for an agent to contact me to book a ticket using my Travel bank credit. I have yet to be contacted. It can only be done through the call centre and they don't answer. I have been told repeatedly that I will be contacted. I have never experienced such appalling service.
