Avoid this airline together wit British Airways in South Africa - 27 December 2018 my flight from Durban to Cape Town is suppose to leave at 13:10 - I got knocked off this flight as they were “overbooked” meaning they sold the same ticket twice? Then the new flight at 13:00 is delayed by an hour - then I get knocked off this flight again - overbooked again - now the 18:00 flight - I get told it’s an acceptable practice for airlines - it is pure gluttony it is thievery ...... one entire day of my leave is spent at the airport- purely because the airlines are greedy - ????
