Kulula.com and Vitality Travel - what a disappointment and displeasure

We have been struggling since March to get feedback from Kulula.com and Vitality Travel regarding a refund on flight tickets we bought. The ONLY feedback we ever get is the same: "We confirm receipt of your request", which is where it ends. Good luck trying to get hold of Kulula.com OR Vitality Travel via telephone, it is impossible. Utterly disgusted with the lack of communication from Kulula.com AND Vitality Travel! Worst service ever!
