Kulula.com and last minute cancellation of flight booking

I had a flight booked today that I needed to cancel. I had a no-fuss call with one of Kulula's operators just before 07:00 this morning and resolved the issue in a few minutes with a very satisfactory outcome. Unfortunately did not get the personss name. I think they have halted all flights now and did not have much choice but my experience was a very good one.
