Kulula.com and British airways theft and horrible customer service!

Wow! Words do not describe the disappointment I have in this airline, along with its British Airways counterpart. My bag was broken into and my toothbrush and tea ******! Poor poor poor communication. Noone answers the phone. How can we trust you with our safety if you can't respect our privacy and belongings! Zero hope for this airline going forward!
