Kulula.com always delayed!!!

Twice in a wee**** Kulula...no stars....second time in a week and flight delay.....and also in the past...bad bad bad and unproffesional....then i have to make other arrangements...and then at the end of phonecall to help centre can you believe it the guy says if we dont pict we lose our tickets...but what about them...they are not pitching for their flight schedule...last time to use them...be aware...very bad...
