For anyone wishing to seek out affordable air travel with quality service then best stay away from Kulula.com as they lure your with affordable pricing but not once have they kept to their flight schedule!

They twice delayed my flight to Cape Town and now when I have to fly back to Johannesburg they delayed the return flight by three hours. When one wishes to catch an earlier flight they wish to charge you for administration costs, yet it is their error why your flight is delayed to begin with!

If this is how they wish to do business - to be penny wise and pound foolish - then they must not amend my ticket and I will for the LAST TIME board their flight.
