I have never experienced such ********** service from any airline. I was one of many who booked flights for July, just before the suspension of flights. They were very helpful when it came to putting my flight "on hold", but I have been unable to get through to their customer service line for 7 days now. I have also sent numerous queries via the website but to no avail. I had an email address of the employee who sent me a confirmation about putting the flight on hold and after contacting her in a desperate attempt to get answers, she simply said that I must phone the customer service line.

I am APPALLED by kulula.com and their lack of assistance is nothing short of pathetic.
