KULULA.COM - 15 WEEKS' RESPONSE TIME FOR FLIGHT VOUCHER AFTER DAD PASSES WITH NO RESPONSE TO DATE

My dad passed away on 29 Nov 2021. My mom asked me to pls send get a voucher of a flight he booked before his passing. I called but was requested by the automated system to send an email which I did. I received an automated response for the first time 4 days ago i.e. 3 Feb 2020 to delight me in letting me know that they received my mail. I called today, held on for too long to at long last get to speak to an operator. This was a couple of minutes ago. Once I completed my story and shared my frustration, she hung up on me. What more can I do to get a solution. I have all the travel document confirmations. I have never visited this site but I literally give up.
