Worst experience ever Hope you go bankrupt Been flying with my family of 8 for over 12 years. Due to your negligence you caused us to miss our flight to Cape Town on the 15th March. No refund No email No apology You forced me to pay in for a " difference" in flight tickets on Monday 26th March that costed me R7100 Why should I pay that money when I shouldv been accommodated for since it was your bust up not mine. I refuse to accept that I have to pay that money and expect a refund on the difference paid. I booked in advance to get the benefit of cheaper flights and still you cheat us Totally unacceptable I'm going to lodge the complaint with the ombudsman
