So Kulula doesn't want to give me my money. I was one of the people with cancelled flights during lock down. Now they want to charge me an arm and a leg. Talking about rates and taxes. They owe me R1395 for a return flight and R771 for a single flight. But for a return flight costing R1668, they want to charge me R2345, meaning on top of R1395, I am supposed to pay and additional R949. They also don't want to give my money back. What day light ******* is this? I am so annoyed. I will never use them again, total trash!!! Confusing me with business rules doesn't change the fact that Kulula is a *****.
