Kulula Worst Local Airline in South Africa

Kulula another example of your SHOCKING service or lack there of! So your website is not working therefore not allowing people to amend their bookings, however you want to charge me R290 for someone to do it over the phone!!! So as a customer I am being penalized because YOUR website isn't working! And you can't give me an eta as to when it will be up and running??? I was told to just keep trying and no managers available to speak to in the call Centre! Also in the interim the flight keeps going up over the past 2 days I have been trying to change it. Why do I always regret booking with you!
