Kulula...worst airline!
I need to give Kulula my whole pedigree when I book a flight, but they cannot even drop my a text or mail to update me on flight delays. Left my conference early to be at airport on time...just to hear my flight has been delayed by 2 HOURS!! Absolutely pathetic service from Kulula. Believe me...I do understand delays can happen, but I cannot understand how you cannot even KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS POSTED....TIME IS MONEY!!!
