Kulula without humanity even in Times like Corona

My parents made booking for my wedding in April to fly to Pretoria due to Corona and lock down I can no longer have.my wedding and my parents can no longer fly to Pretoria,with everything that is happening world wide and economically, Kulula refuses to refund my parents tickets nor allow them to choose an alternative date for my wedding that will only be in November.How is that for.understanding or support.Where is your humanity or customer service.I am honesty disappointed in a company that we have supported a lot over the years.
