Kulula: What's going on? Brand name, genetic services

I've paid for Q-Jump option as I usually do with BA in order to avoid stressing Qs. I walked to the gate as per Airport Board notice when Boarding started. Unfortunately, I had to stand behind 100+ people since (unlike BA) no Kulula staff had even announced Priority Boarding or Q-Jumping. I tried to leave the Q and went out to talk to someone from Kulula but they were busy boarding passengers and it was difficult to get to them since the only path was the Q I was standing at. I returned back to Q and now more than 150 passengers were in front of me. I don't know what's the point of paying extra for Q-Jump if it doesn't exist.

More worse, the aeroplane was EUROPCARS one, dirty and the seat was already bent and squawking.

May be it's about time to add Kulula to the club of Safair and SAA express ?
