KULULA- *********!!! Refusing to apply their own refund policy

KULULA- *********!!!

Not only are they grounded & cannot guarantee flights indefinitely but they won’t refund clients so they can book with other airlines??? I understand vouchers for personal cancellations but they are GROUNDED

As per https://www.kulula.com/general/legal/kulula-flights#refunds (ARTICLE 10. : REFUNDS 10.1) they should issue refunds but refuse too
