Kulula trying to pull a fast one

Have had the worst experience with staff and company today I will absolutely not recommend anyone I know to ever fly with kulula.com or use there services due to there staff I missed my flight by 5 min my fiancée and I were then instructed that we must pay a further R4800 for one way flight to jhb that was including our competition for the the flight that we had missed and had just started boarding terrible service and absolutely rude staff completely unwilling to help or assist due to there lack of service
