KULULA TRAVELBANK - Adios to our Avios ?

I am having great difficulty converting my Avios points to Kulula Travelbank credits. Although I opened a Kulula Travelbank account some time ago (Account # ********** ********** 11) and have a valid ID and password, I keep getting this message when following the instructions: “Sorry, we were unable to retrieve your Travelbank account. If your account was recently created it could take up to 24 hours to associate the Travelbank account to the kulula ID. Please try again later.” This has been happening for a few weeks and my emails to Kulula and Avios are being ignored. A poor show ....
