Kulula travel bank account

Was issued with a credit in a travel bank account setup by Kulula as we coud not fly during lockdown. It is now impossible to use this travel banked amount. You have to request a booking via British Airways by email and no one comes back to you. No one answers phones at either Kulula or BA. I have been in contact with Kulula via messenger and many pormises were made but now have yet to materialise. This travel bank expires 1 December 2021 and then I loose my money cause they are so ridiculously inefficient. In my opinion they have ****** my money. No wonder this company required business rescue and will no doubt go back there. No more support from my family for this airline!!!!
