Kulula took over R1500 for a R1200 flight
I booked a flight online using my vitality discount as I normally do. The flight was 1195.72, and the vitality contribution was 359.10. When I clicked to pay my portion, the amount taken off my card was 1230.72, which includes a booking fee. I have been trying for weeks now to get my money back but they don't seem to care.

I have had a look at the ticket costs and the additional fee of R35.00 was for the ticket fee . Unfortunately no refund is due as the amounts were correctly calculated and no discrepancies are found .
The break down is as follows :
Ticket costs : R1 195.72
Ticket fee : R35.00
Total paid by credit card : R1 230.72
