Kulula *******

Not only are some kulula staff members ******* but the kulula management are so disgusting they happy to just shrug their shoulders ! I recently used their services in a flight by from Jhb to CT and my checked in luggage was broken into and items stole from my bag. They did not break the lock , they broke the zipper tags that the lock holds together. So when you look at the bag it does not look tampered with. When I got to my destination I opened my bag and see my clothes which was packed neatly was now in a complete mess. Stuff that was folded was frumpled, stuff that was at the bottom was on top , stuff was broken, AND STUFF WAS ******. I then took a better look at the zipper and saw it had been tampered with. I immediately contacted them via social media private messaging and emails (I included pics of the bag, the lock and the zipper) as it was late at night and could not get hold of them telephonically. The morning I called in and was told to send an email. The response to the email was basically ,”sorry it’s your problem you need to report these things before you leave the airport ” . May I ask who stands at the carousel going through their luggage to see if items are ****** ? They have taken no responsibility for the fact that their staff are blatant ******* ! Funniest thing is they end their email saying “hope you have a better experience with us next time “ Next time ? There most certainly will be no next time.
