Kulula the worst domestic airline

Having used kulula on many occasions, they never fail to disappoint you when it comes to having their flights on time. This has been the fifth occassion where my flight has been delayed. They should really do something to improve this,or their management. Currently waiting for a flight, the latest flight that was meant to leave at 21:30 is now over 2 hours delayed, causing such an inconvenience to myself and my friends and family that are waiting. These flights are expensive, and all kulula has to offer is "sorry for the inconvenience caused" from a company making millions of rands a year, i think this is pathetic and disgusting from the brand. An airline should expect issues like this to occur and to be prepared, a form of compensation should be given to those affected.
