Kulula system can't accommodate name change

We had flights booked for this weekend, due to circumstances out of our control we wanted to move the ticket to another date. The problem is we can move the ticked but we cannot do a name change, Absolutely ridiculous. The reason the system can't do a name change, In this modern era you surely would be able to do a name change if this flight is booked on a different date.
