Kulula stole my cash

<p>last week, instead of paying a ****ing ridiculous change fee to move a ticket a day forward, I bought a new one from kulula. I flew the new flight on Wednesday and upon trying to check in for my return flight today have discovered that they cancelled my whole flight and won't grant me access to my flight that I booked and paid for. Instead of trying to assist a loyal customer, they made every effort to prove me wrong and refused to play my phone call recording back to me.</p> <p>in the past I have only used kulula, but after this experience I pray that the airline goes bankrupt so that they will not be able to **** loyal customers in the future.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic kulula!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
