Kulula Still not CPA complaint

It seems that ComAir, operating as Kulula within RSA is unable or is still unwilling to conform to the Consumer Protection Act. I booked tickets for January 2020 and now due to unforeseen circumstances I wish to cancel those tickets. As per Section 17 of the CPA I am giving more than enough notice of my intention to cancel and due to it being in peak season it is highly probable that they will be able to re-sell those tickets, thus they will not suffer any loss.

Should I intend to cancel those tickets and walk away they will be able to sell those seats and make a double profit.

I will be approaching the NCC for assistance in this matter and or any other social media platform I deem fit.
