KULULA *****S MONEY

Just got the mail that our flights has been canceled. Called the call centre to get a refund and spoke to Gavin de Vos 15 July 8:38.

We have tickets from the first Lockdown Originally booked for May 10 2022 and return May 12 2022. As there was a travel ban we couldn't travel.

Rebooked the tickets for 25 August 2021 and return 29 August 2021. This was CANCELED AGAIN!!!!!

We have to make alternative travel arrangements to get to Cape Town as we have a wedding to attend.

Kulula DONT WANT TO REFUND THE TICKETS. They will bank it. We dont have any need to go down to Cape Town after these dates. We dont want it to be Banked as we need the cash for Petrol to drive down. But according to Kulula they will only bank or we forfeit the money.

This is hard earned money and we as South Africans dont have the luxury to bank it for a rainy day. We are in a Financial crisis. We dont have extra money.

We are demanding our money back. We cant be held responsible for ules that has been made for the first Lockdown. there has to be adapting to the times. But according to Bianca du Plooi that is the supervisor today 15 July 2021 10;15 call.
