Kulula *****s

Apparently you cannot cancel and expect a refund (even partial) on flights 2+ months prior to flying. My flights are in December. It is now end of September. My situation changed and I will no longer be able to make use of the flights. However, Kulula does not give refunds on such tickets. TOTAL *****S and ridiculous policy. So they will take my money, and then still charge someone else for now free seats and take their money as well. ******. I do not recommend anyone making use of Kulula with such a customer service attitude.
