Kulula double charged me for a flight that was three months ago and promised to refund within 6 weeks 3 months later they refuse to help me Making me hold over 30 mins Everytime I call and then saying they have nobody who can assist Lauren Tomlinson and Siphosethu Sobekwa are just some of the rude carrogant useless u helpful agents Be very wary of booking with these ******* Very quick to take your money but can’t refund what they have ****** Will never fly with kulula again
