Kulula staff clueless
I travelled to Cape Town on Thursday 11th June. I arrived at the airport 1,5 hrs before my flight. 45 mins before my flight I get a sms that the flight was delayed by 1 hr 15 mins. I asked at the kulula counter what the problem was and they said the flight was late arriving..... We eventually left 2 hrs late..... They air hostess told me they were late because they had to change to the spare aeroplane. Now we are already 2 hrs late and then the toilet doesn't work on the plane. Then the in charge air hostess tells her colleague, \This plane is stuffed"I am a nervous flyer as it is. Hearing this made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous. Needless to say I will not be using Kulula anymore as I feel that an airline that uses \""Stuffed\"" planes shouldn't even be allowed to transport cargo"
