KULULA staff are *******

<p>I play snooker professionally. I asked someone to bring my snooker cue up to jhb from ct. The cue was valued at R3500. When the person wanted to carry it as hand luggage as it could get damaged a Kulula staff member said it needed to be put into baggage. It was checked in even though the person was reluctant to do so. As the person walked away they saw that the person still had the cue in the hand and had not put it on the travellator belt to be loaded. In jhb as suspected the item was checked it but had not come off the plane. Now kulula wants to give $20 per kilogram for the item. Whats $20 i had to miss the SA champs because i had no cue. Im taking this to the media as i find this pathetic a measly R250 for a R3500 cue. Keep your R250 ill use another airline and im going to the media. YOU ARE DISGUSTING KULULA </p>
