Kulula should just stop opperations

I booked flights from Jhb to Cape Town. Paid for Q-jump and paid for selected seats. When i checked in online I realised they randomly changed my seats. Did not get the seats that I paid for. Nobody answers when trying to phone. Got to the airport early and at least got seats next to each other but NOT the seats I paid for
